LandAid’s Party near the Park is a property entertainment event like no other, with big names from the industry battling it out in a 'stars in their eyes' style singing competition. This year’s acts will be performing your favourite one hit wonder tracks, but who will be crowned top of the pops and who is only fit for the bargain bin? Only guests have the power to decide!

Not only is Party near the Park great fun but it’s a brilliant event to do some serious networking and entertaining, with high profile companies from throughout the industry. A fabulous three course meal and unlimited wine, beer and soft drinks are included in the table price. It all takes place at the historic Old Billingsgate Market in the heart of the City which looks out over the River Thames.
