LandAid celebrates London Tri success | Print |  E-mail
LandAid triathletes take a plunge in the Thames!Twenty-five property professionals sponsored by Savills, took part in the Mazda London Triathlon on behalf of LandAid on Saturday 1st August.

The annual event which takes place at the ExCel Centre in Docklands is the largest triathlon in the world.  LandAid was delighted when Chris Kiely (son of Savills' director of housing consultancy division John Kiely) won the corporate Olympic distance with a time of 2hrs 11min 42sec. 


Richard Masters was the fastest LandAid competitor in the sprint distance coming 415th out of 1,513 and 24th against all the other corporate entries with a time of 1hr 26min 26sec.  Naomi Howard (Lunson Mitchenall) was our first female over the line coming 38th in the corporate sprint distance with a time of 1hr 29mins.

Estates Gazette also got in on the the action with Samantha McClary (news editor) and Mike Phillips (finance editor) both competing too.
