About the Organisation

Founded in 1977, Roundabout Ltd has a long history of supporting vulnerable youth in South Yorkshire. The charity was established to address the increasing number of young people experiencing homelessness in the region and has since expanded its services to meet growing needs. Since 2018 the demand for their support has risen rapidly.

Roundabout Ltd offers essential support and housing to homeless young people. Services include emergency accommodation, long-term housing solutions, and comprehensive support tailored to help individuals under 25 move away from homelessness. The charity provides vital services such as key worker support, life skills training, and assistance with finding employment and education opportunities.

The charity has significantly impacted the local community, successfully reducing rough sleeping among young people in Sheffield. The charity’s efforts have led to improved housing stability, better access to support services, and enhanced life opportunities for many individuals, contributing to a decrease in homelessness rates among the youth in the area.
