Christmas Card Alternative

Thank you to our corporate partners and supporters for donating the money they would have spent on buying and sending Christmas cards. Together, we have raised £13,000 to support vital projects for young people facing homelessness.

Thanks to our 2025 Campaign Supporters

As we approach the festive season, our thoughts turn to the thousands of young people who will not have access to a safe or warm home this winter.

Whilst festivities begin to take place, sadly rates of youth homelessness continue to worsen. Last year alone, 118,000 16-25 year olds were reported as experiencing or being at risk of experiencing homelessness.

To thousands of young people, the winter months don’t bring joy. For those with no safe and secure place to call home, they bring even more fear and uncertainty.

This winter period, we rallied the property industry to help us one last time for the year in supporting young people experiencing homelessness through raising vital funds.

How does the Christmas Card Alternative work?

Instead of sending out the usual company Christmas card, our generous corporate partners pledged their support for our Christmas Card Alternative spending their money in a meaningful way. These donations will go towards supporting life-saving projects for young people around the UK, and in return they received a range of different benefits.

Campaign Supporters donated £1,500, and in return
  • Supporter logos were printed on our Christmas Card Alternative campaign double-page feature, in both Property Week and EG.
  • Supporter logos were featured on the campaign webpage throughout December, and featured in a social media post celebrating all supporters.
