On Thursday 5 March 2026, join hundreds of professionals from across the property and built environment industry who will be giving up their beds for one night to help end youth homelessness.
The LandAid SleepOut will take place in eight cities across the UK – Birmingham, Cambridge, Cardiff, Edinburgh, Leeds, Liverpool, London, and Manchester – or you can SleepOut at Home, wherever you are in the world.
Participants will sleep outdoors in safe but cold conditions, gaining a small glimpse of what many young people face night after night. While we’re not trying to replicate homelessness, the LandAid SleepOut offers a moment of reflection, helping us all understand and support the challenges young people experience. Together, we will raise vital funds and awareness to help end youth homelessness for good.
In 2025, over 1,200 people from the property industry raised an impressive £600,000. In 2026, with your help, we’re aiming even higher.
What to Expect in 2026:
This year’s SleepOut marks an exciting milestone with the launch of our first-ever Welsh event in Cardiff. We’re also securing new and exciting venues across our locations to enhance the experience for participants. What’s more, SleepOut 2026 will form a key part of our 40th anniversary celebrations, with fresh activities and special moments planned across each event.
Whether you join as part of a team or on your own, you’ll have the opportunity to network with industry peers and take part in new activities designed to educate, inspire and connect. Every participant will be making a real difference by raising funds that support vital projects working to end youth homelessness.
