A New Chapter for LandAid Partnerships

LandAid Head of National Partnerships, Katie Stephenson explains why change is needed and why now is the time for the property industry to unite around youth homelessness. Turning commitment into impact has never been more vital.

At LandAid, we believe that that no industry can do more to drive real social change. With a strong alliance of committed Partners, we deliver life-changing support to thousands of young individuals grappling with homelessness across the UK.
But the current reality is stark.

But the current reality is stark.

Rising rents, benefit cuts, and the cost-of-living crisis are pushing more young people into unstable and dangerous living conditions – this cannot continue. Charities at the frontline, already stretched thin, and underfunded, need our immediate investment and support.

Youth homelessness is rising – and fast. Last year alone saw a 10% increase, leaving 118,000 young people aged 16–25 without a safe home. That’s one young person every four minutes.

That’s why we’re relaunching our partnerships model – to rally the industry around a bold, shared mission.

If you’re not already involved, now is the time to join us.

Forging a Model for Impact

Whether your priorities lie in employee engagement, ESG and social value, industry visibility, or business development, we promise to tailor our partnership to align with your goals.
As a Partner, you’ll find rewarding opportunities to engage your team and stakeholders – from expert-led webinars and lunch & learn sessions for employees, to high-level engagement like our Regional Boards. We aim to raise awareness about youth homelessness, unite with a shared purpose, and connect your teams directly to the impact they help create.
You’ll receive enhanced access to our Pro Bono Programme, allowing your teams to offer skilled volunteering to frontline charities that need your expertise the most. We’ll keep you in the loop with regular updates and provide exclusive perks throughout our events calendar – including customised content, recognition, and networking opportunities year-round.

Why Your Involvement Matters

LandAid was founded by the property industry – we have a deep understanding of how the sector works.
We know what businesses need from a partnership and how to help them make the greatest possible impact. That insight allows us to create collaborations that are not only effective, but genuinely valuable for everyone involved.
We unite the industry as a powerful force for good. By supporting LandAid, our Partners combine their resources, expertise, and energy to create far greater impact than any one organisation could alone.
We channel funding to frontline services and champion sustainable, innovative solutions to youth homelessness across the UK. Your help is crucial in this mission to end youth homelessness.
