Partner Spotlight: Indurent

Indurent has committed to becoming an official LandAid Impact Partner, standing alongside industry leaders such as Avison Young and Savills.

Since making this commitment, the business has thrown itself into three major challenges -London to Paris Cycle Ride (a multi-day endurance ride between two European capital cities), Source to Sea (a team challenge tracing the journey of the River Thames from its origin to the sea), and Chase the Sun (a coast-to-coast cycling event completed in a single day) – raising over £258,000 so far this year.

This remarkable funding could support 916 young people to achieve a positive employability outcome, helping them find a sustainable route out of homelessness , whether that be vital employment advice, training courses to get their GCSEs in Maths and English, or a construction apprenticeship. Together we are hoping to increase this to 1,000 by the end of the year.

Indurent’s commitment is setting a powerful example to others across the property industry. If your business is ready to step up and make a lasting impact, get in touch at partnerships@landaid.org.

Why is supporting LandAid so important to them?

Why is supporting LandAid so important to them?

As a leading developer, owner, and operator of industrial and logistics space across the UK, Indurent sees social impact as a core part of its business. Its ESG strategy is built around creating long-term value in the communities they serve, making the partnership with LandAid a natural fit.

Its motivation for supporting LandAid is rooted in a shared vision for social change.

"We love working with LandAid because in addition to being a hugely worthwhile cause, we are able to interact with the charity in myriad ways. Whether that’s set-piece events or investing in crucial youth homelessness projects, they bring our social impact to life. Working with a well-structured, organised and passionate charity partner has been a game changer for us, and we’ve seen staff engagement and fundraising efforts increase materially as a result."

Why their support matters

The partnership with Indurent helps fuel our mission to end youth homelessness. With offices in London, Birmingham, and Stockport, the business’ support aligns with our Place-Based Impact funding theme, enabling us to deliver targeted support where it’s needed most. Its fundraising efforts help to create housing and employment opportunities for young people across the UK.

But its impact doesn’t end with fundraising. Indurent is exploring opportunities available through our Pro Bono Programme and a velodrome cycling event in Derby is also in the pipeline, thanks to the tireless efforts of Construction Director, Richard Bailey and Development Director, Rob Richardson.

Jojo Mills, National Partnerships Manager at LandAid, said:

“Indurent have been dedicated and passionate supporters of LandAid since the start of our partnership in 2023. I continue to be inspired by the enthusiasm and commitment shown by every member of the Indurent team; from Anna Petrides (Executive Assistant and Admin Team Manager), who leads brilliantly on events and fundraising, to Richard Hickman (Senior Director of Planning), a tireless advocate for LandAid in the Midlands, to Julian Carey (CEO and Patron), who steers the partnership as an impact-driven leader. And of course, to every individual who has cycled, run, or slept out in support of our mission – thank you. We are incredibly proud to be on this journey with Indurent and deeply grateful for everything you do.

“This is what an exceptional corporate partnership looks like: deep, organisation-wide engagement and a shared drive to create tangible impact. Together, we’re helping to create housing and employment opportunities for young people who need them most, especially at a time when we are witnessing an ever-worsening crisis of youth homelessness.”
