What does it mean to you to be a LandAid Ambassador?
Ciara and Aran, from Richard Boothroyd & Associates, said:
“To us at RBA, being a Land Aid Ambassador is about spreading hope and inspiring others to take part in the mission to end youth homelessness. It’s also about the fulfilment and satisfaction of working together as a team, supporting one another, and knowing that our combined efforts can make a real difference in the lives of young people.”
Mark Fennell, from b&m, said:
“At b&m we value the opportunity to work alongside LandAid in the Ambassador role. Having been involved with LandAid for over three years now it has been incredible to see the support and attendance increase year on year at the flagship events. It’s mission is one that is close to our hearts and aligns with our aspirations to help tackle a key issue which sits close to home.
We are lucky enough to work alongside a fantastic team whom assist in arranging the annual events such as the SleepOut, Ambassador Quiz, ProperTea and LandAid Trek, along with the industry partners whom attend and provide the all-important donations to the cause. We look forward to continuing our support with LandAid and hope to see the value the events bring grow further in the years to come.”
Emma Scutt, at JLL, said:
“As a new Land Aid Ambassador, I’ve loved having the opportunity to be part of a collective group that drives change, knowing that every event we organise and every pound we raise directly impacts a young person’s journey from homelessness to hope!”
What’s been a highlight as a LandAid Ambassador?
“Bringing people together to support LandAid and watching that collective impact grow year on year is what makes being an ambassador so rewarding.
Seeing the Yorkshire Ambassador Quiz grow year on year around UKREiiF has been especially rewarding it gets bigger and better each time.”
