Our first Ambassador of the Month is Anna Stewart, of BNP Paribas Real Estate.
We're delighted that many of these projects will be funded by the RICS Pledge150 campaign. In total these projects will create 161 bedspaces, of which 60 will be directly funded by Pledge150.
Today, 3 April 2018, the long-awaited Homelessness Reduction Act comes into play. The biggest change to homelessness law in England in forty years, it has been hailed as a 'crucial step forward' by Jon Sparkes, Chief Executive of homelessness charity Crisis. But what difference will it really make?

Thanks to the generosity of the property industry, LandAid has raised a record-breaking £40,600 from its Christmas Card Alternative 2017.
Yesterday we launched our first LandAid Midlands 10K, sponsored by St. Modwen, and what a success it was! We called for runners- and you all delivered! Over 200 runners from across the property industry braved the wind, put on their running shoes, and came together to raise vital funds to help end youth homelessness in the Midlands.
Last month, LandAid, Palmer Capital and Opus North visited Canopy Housing to see a home they sponsored using funds raised for last year's LandAid Day in their annual Money Maker Challenge.
LandAid have teamed up with Comic Relief to fund Homeless Link's sixth Young and Homeless study. Jennifer Harris from Homeless Link explains how the research will address the issues that most concern young people:
