Get your Construction Rocks off

Here at LandAid Towers we're gearing up for the next big event in the property industry calendar: Construction Rocks. Neatly sandwiched between the London TowerAthlon and LandAid Day, the construction industry's Monsters of Rock will return to Waterloo Vaults on the evening of 9 October.

London TowerAthlon – The Results!

A massive thank you to each and every one of the 200 property professionals who came, saw and conquered the Broadgate Tower on Friday. The full list of results are now on our special event report, along with all the pictures, videos and tweets - there was some fantastic activity throughout the day on Broadgate plaza. You can also see a video of Rupert Parker hitting his winning distance of 10.3km in the cycle challenge, and daredevil Sam McClary of Estates Gazette completing her abseil.

World Cup fever raises over £2k for LandAid

Surveyors across the country got their fundraising kit on for LandAid this summer with two fantastic football focused challenges. The RICS World Cup Fantasy Football tournament saw over 3,500 people sign up, raising £1,750 for LandAid. Harvey Gill of Telereal Trillium won with his team - inaptly titled Murder on Zidane's Floor - leading the way from start to finish. Chartered surveyors CS2 invited clients to lace up their boots for their World Cup 5-a-side football tournament at Goals, Wembley, on the 15 July

Surveyors scrum on down for LandAid and FRE Flyers

An early morning mist was lingering on the pitch at Richmond Athletic Ground when the LandAid team pitched up for the annual National Surveyors Rugby Sevens competition on Sunday. Now in its 44th year, the tournament has become a major fixture in both the property and rugby 7s calendars, and is often attended by the rising stars of both fields.

Reboot runners hit the Croisette

LandAid has been in Cannes this week, where we launched the Reboot Run sponsored by DTZ at MIPIM 2014, the international real estate show. At 7am on Wednesday 12 and Thursday 13 March, conference goers and LandAid supporters joined LandAid Chief Executive Joanna Averley and donned their lycra to participate in the 5km short course westward on Wednesday and eastward on Thursday from the DTZ Boat, the Bettina.
