What do they need help with?
Groundwork South manages Goblin Combe, a 120‑acre woodland in North Somerset (BS40 5PP), with a 38‑bed lodge, 10‑person yurt, outdoor classroom, camping field, and a 100 sqm Grade‑II listed cottage. The cottage, built around 1900 in brick with a pitched tile roof and external render, houses a communal kitchen, office, and living/teaching space. After a June 2024 building survey outlined restoration needs, the organisation entered RIBA Stage 1 and is now preparing a business case.

- PRA ecology survey (site lies within North Somerset & Mendip Bat SAC)

- Building measured and topographical surveys
- Asbestos survey (as flagged by June report)
