Charity seeks pro bono survey & valuation support from RICS‑accredited providers

What do they need help with?

Hope into Action UK is expanding its efforts to purchase additional properties via its franchise network across England and Northern Ireland, in partnership with local churches. To ensure both investors and trustees are confident that they are paying fair prices—and to identify any defects or risks in advance of refurbishment—they require each potential property to undergo a minimum Level 2 survey and valuation report.

They are seeking a long‑term partnership with a survey and valuation firm accredited by RICS, with coverage across the UK, who can provide these reports on a pro bono basis. Initially, the requirement is for approximately 5 properties per year to be surveyed/valued under this arrangement. The outcome will ensure that properties acquired are safe, fit for refurbishment, and that any necessary repairs or risks are understood and mitigated before new tenants move in.

They have over 130 houses in their network, owned and refurbished through funding from individuals who believe in their mission.
