The proposed hub will include several key components:

• A Retail Unit to sell products created through therapy programs (such as art) and well-being merchandise, providing vital funds and acting as a welcoming point of contact for the community.

• Secure Storage Facilities to store therapy session equipment and event materials.

• Therapeutic Offices and Studios to host art, music, and horticultural therapy sessions, as well as administrative offices and spaces for mental health workshops.

• An On-Site Dining Café designed to foster social interaction and provide a space for visitors, participants, and staff.

• A Flexible Internal Event Space to host live art demonstrations, competitions, and exhibitions, promoting community engagement and mental health dialogue.

• The potential addition of a Tattoo Studio as a social enterprise and creative outlet, offering career development for participants and engaging a broader demographic.
