To address this, the charity is now exploring a change of use application to enable residential development. However, progressing this application requires a series of specialist reports and technical inputs.

The organisation is therefore seeking pro bono support from property professionals to help deliver the following:

• Fire Statement Report
• Flood risk assessment
• Noise impact assessment
• Any additional technical reports required as part of a full planning application

The property is located at 1 Putney High Street, London, SW15 1SZ, and currently serves as the organisation’s head office.

This support is needed by May 2026 to align with the organisation’s disposal strategy. By unlocking the site’s development potential, St Christopher’s Fellowship aims to maximise the value of the asset and reinvest proceeds into frontline services that support vulnerable children and young people.
