Innovative housing charity seeks pro bono support to value eight residential properties.

St Christopher’s Fellowship is requesting pro bono support from qualified property professionals to undertake valuations of eight residential properties within its portfolio. The properties are located across 7 London property locations, and 1 in the West Midlands. The properties are currently used to support the organisation’s operational and housing activities.

The properties requiring valuation are:

• Belsize Park, NW3 4AU
• Colliers Wood, SW19 2HF
• Ealing, W5 5PX
• Willenhall, WV13 2DA

The charity requires accurate, current market valuations for each property. These valuations will play a key role in shaping future asset management decisions, including potential disposals, reinvestment, or redevelopment opportunities.
