LandAid’s £67,228 grant will help to refurbish their 32-room residence which accommodates young people and provides 24-hour support on-site. The residence will also provide English classes and a key support worker for each young person.
The improved quality of accommodation will make the young people feel more safe and secure in the residence, and will also increase engagement with staff.

We offer a home to people who have faced trauma, family breakdown, left care or escaped persecution - it is so important that it is a place of sanctuary and support to move towards a better future. Thanks to LandAid we can begin to reconfigure the space to better meet the needs of our young residents and to create a sense of community. This will include improved bedrooms and far more attractive communal areas.
