Latch aims to fully modernise and furnish properties to become supported housing for people who are in housing need and ready to make a positive change in their lives.
With this grant from LandAid, Latch will be able to cover the costs of their renovation, enabling the creation of two, 1 bedroom properties for those who are under 25 experiencing homelessness. The project will also support 12 local people, who will be given the opportunity to be trainees on the renovation projects.
