LandAid’s grant of £60,000 will enable Mayday Trust to support the renovation of a five-bed house for vulnerable young people.
The house will provide safe, warm accommodation for young people with multiple needs, including ex-offenders and care leavers.
The young people will be able to live there at an affordable rent and will receive help with maintaining their tenancy and a personal coach to help them transition to impendence.
