LandAid’s £23,616 grant has funded the organisation’s NET HUB project – the renovation of existing accommodation with 11 bed spaces for young people. The ground floor will be reconfigured to create a communal space and kitchen for education and training courses and socialising. Improvements also include provision of an en-suite bed room for sleep-in staff.
Alongside the training courses and when YP are ready, Newark Emmaus Trust will provide access to volunteering opportunities with local partners.
