On Friday (17 November 2017) The Duke of Cambridge attended the launch of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and LandAid's Pledge150 campaign, for young people at risk of homelessness. The campaign is part of the organisation's 150th year celebrations and was held at RICS' London headquarters.

The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) has launched a ground breaking fundraising campaign to celebrate their 150th year - to raise £2.25m for LandAid, which will fund 150 bed spaces for young people who have experienced homelessness.
LandAid has announced that funds raised from its inaugural LandAid Midlands 10K will support local charity St Basils to convert an empty property into a home for 18 young people at risk of homelessness. LandAid is calling on runners of all abilities to tackle youth homelessness in the Midlands.
Last month, LandAid, Palmer Capital and Opus North visited Canopy Housing to see a home they sponsored using funds raised for last year's LandAid Day in their annual Money Maker Challenge.

LandAid's urgent two-week appeal to help those affected by the West London fire at Grenfell Tower has now come to a close. Over the last two weeks the property industry has responded to our Grenfell Tower appeal by pledging over £250,000, all of which will now go directly to the British Red Cross' London Fire Relief Fund.
