YMCA Worcestershire’s mission is to enable all people to live, learn and share to build a brighter future in mind, body and spirit. They are a local charity that responds to the needs of young people and communities since 1869. They believe that every young person should be able to fulfil their potential.

YMCA Worcestershire has a large stock portfolio consisting of supported accommodation, social housing, nurseries and community spaces located within Worcester, Kidderminster and Redditch.  

The YMCA is keen to ensure the longevity of its existing stock and future proof the business. 

As part of this financial planning, they are keen to have a stock condition survey undertaken to inform and prioritise their future expenditure. The locations are: 

  • Gordon Anstis House – Supported needs accommodation (52 beds) 
  • Moreton House – Supported needs accommodation (18 rooms) 
  • Foresters – Supported needs accommodation (15 rooms) 
  • Willow trees – Community Centre / Nursery (3 rooms) 
  • Knowle Close Redditch – General needs accommodation (78 units) 
  • Fredrick Eary House – General needs accommodation (34 units) 
  • Beech Bank YMCA – General needs accommodation (14 beds) 
  • Little Treasure Nursey, Worcester (8 rooms) 
  • First Class Nursery, Kidderminster (5 rooms) 

 They would be grateful for offers of pro bono support with surveys on any or all of the above.
