BS3 Community Development was founded in 1991 to improve the lives of people living in BS3 and the surrounding area. They operate 2 community venues, investing in local community education, arts, environmental, health and wellbeing projects.
BS3 Community Development is a registered charity, and a company limited by guarantee and as a social business they reinvest surplus generated from their profitable services into projects that they either run directly or support partners to deliver.

They are looking for pro bono support with an insurance valuation survey for their Grade 2 listed building.
This will enable them to further their work, understanding the specialist nature of repairs and restorations needed, assess historical features, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, as well as the true cost of repairing, maintaining, or rebuilding without being under or over insured.
