About the Organisation
London Rangers FC was founded to use football as a tool for social change, supporting young people facing challenges in mainstream education. Partnering with the council’s SEN department, the organization provides tailored educational programs that build confidence, skills, and pathways to success.
New Level Academy complements this mission by offering apprenticeship programs focused on practical training and career development in sports and education. Together, these organizations empower young people to overcome barriers and reach their potential.
London Rangers FC and New Level Academy offer:
- Alternative Education: Tailored programs for students struggling in traditional school settings.
- Apprenticeships: Training in sports coaching, assessment roles, and community development.
- Community Engagement: Initiatives promoting social inclusion, teamwork, and well-being through sports.
- Housing Support: Planned renovation of on-site accommodation to provide bed spaces for vulnerable youth, offering a stable environment for education and personal growth.
- Improved education and employment prospects, particularly for young people with SEN or at risk of exclusion.
- Apprenticeships leading to careers in sports, education, and community leadership.
- A safe, supportive housing environment that fosters stability and development.
Serving a community with high youth unemployment, limited educational opportunities, and increasing housing needs, London Rangers FC and New Level Academy are making a lasting impact.
