Depaul UK is a national homelessness charity dedicated to supporting young people. Its mission is to end homelessness and transform the lives of those affected by it.
The organisation believes it is unacceptable for anyone to have to sleep rough or in unsafe conditions. In 2023 alone, approximately 136,000 young people who were homeless or at risk of homelessness reached out to their local councils for support.
To prevent young people from experiencing the dangers of homelessness, Depaul UK works tirelessly by providing shelter and crisis support, helping families rebuild broken relationships, and educating children about the risks and where to seek help.

Depaul UK and Depaul Housing Services are seeking support for an Asset Management project across their services. The organisation owns five buildings—two in London (both 12-bed) and three in Whitley Bay (14-bed, 4-bed, and 2-bed)—as well as ten single-bed flats in Middlesbrough. These properties house various services, including move-on accommodations that help individuals with experiences of homelessness transition to independent living.
The goal of this Asset Management project is to conduct a comprehensive review of these properties and develop long-term schedules of work. This will enable better future planning and provide a clearer understanding of potential costs associated with property maintenance and improvements.
If there is sufficient interest, Depaul UK may also consider reviewing some of the properties it leases. These leased properties, located in London, Greater Manchester, and Whitley Bay, vary in size, ranging from larger 26- and 21-bed buildings in London to smaller 1- and 3-bed properties. However, the primary focus remains on the buildings owned by the organization.
