Nathan is Group Board Director of Urban Splash, and has been with the company since 2002.

He has been responsible for the delivery of some of Urban Splash’s iconic regeneration schemes at Fort Dunlop, Rotunda both in Birmingham and its ‘upside down’ houses in Salford.

Whilst still retaining responsibility for high profile developments at the Royal William Yard in Plymouth, and New Islington, Manchester his role now also includes overseeing the groups 1.3m sq ft Investment portfolio. He also leads on many of the group’s disposals and acquisitions of both land and Investment property.

In 2021 Nathan led the team that acquired two large regeneration sites at Port Loop in Birmingham and Campbell Park in Milton Keynes, which collectively will deliver over 2,500 homes.

Nathan is also a non-Executive Director of Sale FC, a community focused rugby club.

Debra is a Partner at Hill Dickinson and specialises in real estate finance. Debra acts for a wide variety of instructional lenders, investors and borrowers on investment and development transactions.

Debra is also chair of the Northern IPF board and a  trustee of the We Love Manchester charity. In her spare time she is an ultra runner who can usually be found on trails in the Lake District.

Carly joined Muse in 2017 as brand and marketing manager and has 15 years’ experience in the property industry.

At Muse, Carly leads on all aspects of corporate brand and marketing across the business for Muse and their two joint venture partnerships, The English Cities Fund and Waterside Places. Carly also supports Muse’s development management teams on new business, as well as providing brand and marketing support on Muse’s mixed-use regeneration projects nationally which range between £70m – 2.5bn.

James is a Director at Colliers, based in their Manchester office and forms part of the UK Project and Building Consultancy Leadership Group with responsibility for regions. Prior to joining Colliers, he co-opened the first regional office for Paragon Building Consultancy in Manchester in 2015 growing the team to 20 in under three years, before Paragon formed a strategic partnership with Colliers in 2022. James has been providing project consultancy and commercial building surveying advice to clients for 25 years.

James is married with three grown up children. When he’s not spending time with them, he can be found trying to play golf or cycling.

When not working Jill, loves travelling, music and keeping active through triathlons, cycling and fell running.

Nicola is Residential Sales & Marketing Director for Scarborough Group International and is responsible for sales, marketing, events and customer care.  Nicola has over 20 years’ experience with a proven track record of delivery, leading on the sales & marketing disciplines on all residential homes across the Group.  She works closely with the development team to deliver award-winning mixed-use neighbourhoods.

Nicola joined Scarborough Group International 9 years ago and has been working on Middlewood Locks, an award-winning 25-acre £1bn mixed-use canal side neighbourhood in Salford since inception.

Nicola reports directly to the Board and is responsible for developing and implementing a robust residential sales & marketing strategy which adds value, is within budget, on brand and delivers the sales of new homes whilst ensuring customer satisfaction.

Prior to joining Scarborough Group, Nicola worked for 13 years with award winning property developer Urbansplash, ultimately as Residential Sales Director responsible for National Sales.

Gemma is a skilled architect who is experienced in neighbourhood planning, placemaking and the design and delivery of residential schemes. Her previous work includes housing and apartment buildings within large scale masterplans and Strategic Regeneration Frameworks.

Gemma approaches design from a human-centric perspective, with aim to transform existing spaces into enriching and lively places that positively impacts the day- to-day lives of their end users.

Outside of Gemma’s working day, she is an award-winning national Ambassador for LandAid, having helped to raise thousands to provide emergency accommodation for the any 16-25-year-olds facing homelessness each year.

Gemma has spoken at many events to shine a torch on social-economic disparities and how the collaboration of property industries can play a vital role in providing young vulnerable people with safe and secure places to call home.
